Respect and Courtesy: Please treat our staff and fellow clients kindly and respectfully. We're all here to enjoy a pleasant experience.
No Intimidation or Aggression: We have a zero-tolerance policy for intimidation, aggression, or verbal abuse. Such behaviour will not be tolerated, and individuals engaging in it will be asked to leave immediately.
No Profanity: Swearing, offensive language, or derogatory remarks are unacceptable. Let's keep our conversations and interactions friendly and respectful.
Appointment Etiquette: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth schedule for all clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Personal Space: Respect the personal space of others. Maintain an appropriate distance and refrain from intruding on the privacy of fellow clients.
Concerns and Feedback: If you have any concerns or feedback, please share them via email. Our management team is dedicated to addressing your needs professionally within seven working days.
Devices and Noise: Please keep your electronic devices silent and use headphones for music or videos to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Payment and Tipping: Payment should be made by our salon's policies. Tipping is appreciated but optional. Your generosity is valued.

Photography & Client Image Policy
At Allure Salon Ltd, we may take photographs or videos of your hair during or after your appointment.
These images are used for:
Client records and consultation history

Marketing and promotional purposes (including social media, website, and advertising)
By booking and attending your appointment, you agree that images of your hair may be taken and used by Allure Salon Ltd unless you inform your stylist otherwise before your service.
We respect your preferences at all times. If you do not wish for your images to be taken or used, please let your stylist know prior to or during your appointment.
