Here’s How It Works:


Our party packages include a variety of exciting activities, such as mini manicures, glittery hairdos, temporary tattoos, arts and crafts, and more! You’ll have exclusive use of our salon for 2.5 hours, with music, games, and a party vibe to keep everyone entertained.

You can customise the experience by choosing up to five activities from our list, and additional extras like balloon arches, themed décor, or party bags can be added for a small cost. We’ll also create a personalised digital invitation to make sending invites easy and fun!

Once your date is confirmed, we’ll work with you to finalise the details.

A 50% deposit secures the booking, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the party. On the big day, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, and there’s plenty of space for adults to relax while the kids have the time of their lives. Parties starting from £300.

Which days can we book a party, and what times are available?

We host children’s parties on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Each party lasts around three hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred start time. Let us know what works for you, and we’ll confirm availability.

How many children can attend, and what happens if we have more guests than expected?

Our standard package is designed for 6 children, but we’re happy to add more for an additional cost per child. If you’re expecting more guests, just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the activities and pricing accordingly.

Can we bring our own food, drinks, or birthday cake?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring any refreshments you like, including a birthday cake. We’ll provide tea, coffee, water, and squash as part of the package. We have a designated area for food, and parents can help themselves to tea and coffee while the children enjoy their party activities.

Do parents need to stay for the entire party, and can more than one parent attend?

We require at least one responsible adult (aged 18 or over) to stay as the main host. Other parents are very welcome to stay too, and there’s room for them to relax if they’d like to watch or help out.

Can we decorate the salon or bring our own decorations?

You’re welcome to bring additional decorations if you’d like to personalise the space. We also offer decor packages (such as balloon arches) at an extra cost if you’d prefer us to handle the setup.

What activities are included, and can we customise them?

You can choose up to five activities from our list, such as mini manicures, glitter hairdos, children’s makeup, arts and crafts, karaoke, and more. Feel free to customise your selection to suit your child’s interests. If there’s something special you have in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

How long does each party last, and what does the schedule look like?

Each party includes 3 hours of exclusive salon use. We’ll welcome the children, set up for the chosen activities, and keep the fun going with music, games, and any extras you’ve selected. You’re welcome to bring food and drinks to serve during or after the activities, depending on your preference.

What happens if our child or their friends have allergies or special requirements?

We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe. Once your booking is confirmed, please let us know if any child has allergies or medical conditions. We’ll discuss any necessary precautions and do our best to help you adapt the party if needed.

Is there space for adults who want to wait or join the fun?

Yes, we have comfortable seating for parents to sit and chat, enjoy a hot drink, or get involved in the party. You’re free to choose whichever option suits you best.

How far in advance should we book to secure our date?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you have a specific date in mind. Our party slots can fill up quickly, particularly on weekends, so reach out soon to avoid disappointment.

What is the cost, and are there any additional fees (e.g., extra children, add-ons)?

Our party package starts at a set price for 6 children with up to five chosen activities. If you decide to add more children, upgrade your décor, or include extras like balloon arches or party bags, there will be an additional cost. We’ll provide a clear breakdown before you commit.

Do you require a deposit, and when is the final payment due?

Once you decide to proceed, we’ll request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party. We’ll send a reminder and confirm all details with you beforehand.

Is there parking on-site or nearby?

Yes, there is convenient parking close to the salon for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. We’ll send more details once your booking is confirmed.

Do you have Wi-Fi and a place to play our own music?

We offer free Wi-Fi for guests, and our salon is equipped with a Bluetooth radio system so you can play your own playlist or let us provide fun party tunes.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Because we reserve the salon exclusively for your party, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on a new date, depending on availability.
