Membership FAQs

 

Can the membership be used by anyone else?

Each membership to be used solely by that one person.

Can I choose a regular stylist?

Blow-dry memberships are redeemable with staff members who are available, which is subject to change, please note this membership is not to be used against or in conjunction with any other services or offer.

Can any appointments not kept be used the following month? 

The blow drys not used within that month cannot be rolled over into the following month.

 

How do I pay for the membership? 

You will be sent an online link on or around the 1st of the month.

Is a cut included in the membership?

A cut is not included in this membership and cannot form as part of this blow dry service

Can I upgrade my membership?

Any upgrades added onto your blow dry appointment are an additional cost and do not form part of this service - please refer to salon price list
